Are you looking for an after dinner treat to cleanse your palate without feeling guilty? These nutty cacao treats are very easy to make and come with a range of nutritional health benefits. Using raw cacao, this treat has a slightly bitter flavour rather than the very sweet flavour of most of our commercially produced chocolates. Find out for yourself how the sweetness of blueberries complements the nuts and cacao of this treat beautifully. Only problem is they never last very long in our house!
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 cup almonds, lightly roasted
- 1/2 cup coconut desiccated or fine
- 125 g fresh or frozen blueberries
